Product Information and Availability

Orders and Acceptance

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Domestic (U.S.) delivery: 2–5 business days after shipping
• International delivery: 7–21 business days, subject to customs
• Buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees
• Cold-chain packaging is included on all peptide orders

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier picks up the package.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research reagents, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products. Replacements or refunds are available for products damaged in transit (photo evidence within 48 hours), shipments lost by the carrier (after investigation), and products significantly deviating from stated purity (third-party COA required). Account Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for all activity under your account

Dispute Resolution

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, carrier strikes, supply chain disruptions, cyberattacks, or utility failures.

Entire Agreement
