Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT) with a discount at checkout. Bank ACH is available on wholesale orders over $2,500.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Independent research groups, clinics, and academic labs qualify for volume pricing. Email sales@biolongevitylabstore.com with the SKUs and quantities you need — we typically return a formal quote within one business day.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once our fulfillment team pulls the order (typically the same business day), it enters the cold-chain packing queue and cannot be changed. Email us immediately if you need a change.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable state/local tax laws. Wholesale customers with a valid resale certificate can be invoiced tax-exempt — email us your certificate to set this up.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There's no minimum order for retail customers. Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary domestic shipping. Wholesale programs start at a $2,500 first-order threshold.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation from our U.S. facility. Standard USPS/UPS Priority delivery takes 2–3 business days domestically. Expedited overnight is available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Our primary market is the United States, where we can guarantee cold-chain integrity. For international research inquiries, please email us with your country and product list so we can review case by case. We do not ship to countries where peptide research imports are restricted.
How do you protect temperature-sensitive peptides during transit?
Every order ships in an insulated, foil-lined mailer with gel packs sized to the shipment volume. Lyophilized peptides tolerate ambient temperatures for the duration of a 2–3 day transit — but we still add cold-chain packaging as a safety margin. On overnight shipments in summer months we upgrade to dry-ice free ice packs.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. All packages ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no visible branding or product references on the exterior. The return label reads a generic shipper name.
What if my package is lost, delayed, or damaged?
Email sales@biolongevitylabstore.com with your order number. If tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, or if a package arrives with broken vials, we reship immediately at no cost after documenting the issue.
Do I need to be present to sign for delivery?
Signature confirmation is optional at checkout and recommended for orders over $500. Without it, the carrier will leave the package per their standard protocol at your address.
Products & Purity
How pure are your peptides?
Every batch is HPLC-tested to a minimum of 99% purity. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry, and each batch is screened for bacterial endotoxins. Batches that fail any test are never released.
Can I see a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes — every product page links to the current batch COA as a downloadable PDF. If you need a COA for a specific batch number you've already received, email us and we'll send the exact document within one business day.
Where are your peptides manufactured?
All BioLongevity Labs peptides are synthesized, lyophilized, filled, and packaged in a controlled U.S. facility operating under strict quality-management protocols. No drop-shipping, no re-labeling.
What peptides do you carry?
Our catalog includes 160+ SKUs across categories:
- Healing & recovery peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu)
- Metabolic & growth-hormone secretagogues (Tesamorelin, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin)
- Mitochondrial & longevity peptides (MOTS-c, Humanin, Klotho, FOXO4-DRi)
- Cognitive peptides (Selank, Semax, Cerebrolysin)
- The complete Khavinson bioregulator family (Cartalax, Cerluten, Ovagen, and more)
Do you carry supplements or oral peptides in addition to vials?
Yes. Alongside lyophilized injectable-grade peptides, we stock oral bioregulator capsules and select nutraceutical supplements. Each product page specifies the format (vial, capsule, nasal spray, etc.).
Storage & Handling
How should I store lyophilized peptides?
Unopened lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature for weeks and remain most stable long-term when stored refrigerated at 2–8°C or frozen at -20°C. Keep vials away from direct light and humidity.
How long do peptides last once reconstituted?
Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, most peptides remain stable in the fridge (2–8°C) for 28–30 days. Some sensitive peptides (e.g. IGF-1 LR3, TB-500 fragments) are best used within 14 days. Check the specific product page for peptide-level guidance.
What's the shelf life of unopened vials?
Lyophilized vials stored at -20°C typically retain full potency for 24+ months. Refrigerated storage yields 12–18 months. Each COA includes a manufacture and best-by date.
Can peptides be re-frozen after reconstitution?
Freeze-thaw cycles degrade peptide integrity. Best practice: aliquot the reconstituted solution into single-use portions immediately after mixing, freeze them, and thaw only what you need.
Reconstitution
What water should I use to reconstitute?
Use bacteriostatic water (BAC water) — sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It's sold separately by most research supply houses. Never use tap water, distilled water, or saline unless a specific protocol requires it.
How much BAC water should I add?
The volume depends on your target concentration. Use our Peptide Dose Calculator to enter the vial size (in mg) and desired dose — it returns the exact reconstitution volume and unit-marks on a standard insulin syringe.
How do I reconstitute without damaging the peptide?
Angle the needle so the BAC water runs slowly down the inside wall of the vial — do not inject directly onto the lyophilized powder. Once added, gently swirl (never shake) until fully dissolved.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water?
Yes — BAC water is available as a separate SKU in our catalog and is commonly added alongside peptide orders.
Legal & Usage
Are your products intended for human use?
No. All products sold by BioLongevity Labs Store are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application.
Is it legal to buy research peptides in the U.S.?
Research peptides sold for in-vitro laboratory use are legal to purchase in the United States. Certain peptides are cont
